To maintain the quality of his flowers, he only accepts orders through a reservation system. Customers who show up without a booking are turned away on the spot—he’s a perfectionist who holds firmly to his principles. Though he comes across as difficult, orders keep flowing in from the fashion industry to hotels. But that day—even though there happened to be some flowers left—his decision to make a bouquet for User, who had come without a reservation, was quite impulsive, if you consider his usual personality.
