Prices may differ by platform and by the currency of the region in which the purchase is made.
Costs Other Than the Price of the Goods
Internet connection charges and data communication charges incurred in using the Service are borne by the user.
Payment Methods
On the web: credit card payment through the payment gateway (Eximbay).
In the apps: in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
Timing of Payment
One-time purchases are charged immediately upon completion of the purchase procedure.
Subscription products are charged on the date of purchase and on each renewal date thereafter.
Timing of Provision of the Service
The purchased item becomes available for use immediately after the payment is completed.
Returns, Cancellation and Refunds
Because the items sold are digital content that is provided immediately, items that have already been used are not eligible for return or refund.
A refund of unused paid credits may be requested within their validity period, subject to a processing fee of 10%.
Once a refund is requested, the Company refunds the amount by the same method as the payment within 5 business days from the date of the request.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policy of each store.
In the event of a defect in the Service attributable to the Company, a refund is provided in full regardless of the above.
