The price of each item is displayed on the purchase screen for that item, inclusive of tax.
Prices may differ by platform and by the currency of the region in which the purchase is made.
Validity Period of Coins
Purchased coins are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Costs Other Than the Price of the Goods
Internet connection charges and data communication charges incurred in using the Service are borne by the user.
Fees charged by the user's card issuer or bank for overseas transactions, and any exchange-rate differences, are borne by the user.
Payment Methods
On the web: credit card, bank transfer (virtual account) and the other payment methods offered on the payment screen of the payment gateway (Eximbay).
In the apps: in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
Timing of Payment
One-time purchases are charged immediately upon completion of the purchase procedure.
Subscription products are charged on the date of purchase and on each renewal date thereafter.
For bank transfer (virtual account), payment must be made by the deadline shown on the payment screen.
Timing of Provision of the Service
The purchased item becomes available for use immediately after the payment is completed.
For bank transfer (virtual account), the item becomes available once the deposit has been confirmed.
Returns, Cancellation and Refunds
'Immediately Activated Products' are products that are activated immediately upon purchase; because their value is consumed immediately upon use, refunds for them are restricted. However, if a product could not be served due to a technical reason attributable to the Company, the full price is refunded.
'Credit Products' (coins) are products whose time of use the user may decide, and are sold on the web and through the App Store, Google Play, etc.
Credit Products are refundable only through the payment method used at the time of purchase. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, the refund criteria — including any penalty and the processing period — follow the refund policy of that store.
For purchases made on the web, and wherever the payment method's refund policy does not specify otherwise, the Company refunds unused credits within their validity period, after deducting a 10% processing fee, within 5 business days from the date of the request.
